The Tour is fully guided with lots of stories, history, folklore and fun along the way with plenty of photography stops.

This Tour can also be customised to suit any requirements.

Donegal Town to Killybegs our Premier Fishing Port in Ireland, where you will enjoy the harbour while hearing about our fishing fleet. Then it is on along the coast to discover some hidden gems with breathtaking views and an unforgettable experience of twists and turns and heart stopping moments until you finally see the Slieve League Sea Cliffs

At the base of the Cliffs is the “Giants desk and chair” which is a twin rock formation that has been shaped by the ocean waves, wind and the ice age corry that now forms this little cove.

Taking time here to explore the Cliffs and enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and Atlantic Ocean with vistas of Benbulben and the surrounding coastline not forgetting the beautiful Rathlin Island.

Leaving Slieve League behind to make our way to an equally stunning location taking in the blanket boglands where our Ancestors worked the peat (turf) as we go to Glencolmcille and Silverstrand. In this area you can span 5,000 years of time with ancient monuments from standing stones to court tombs before making our way to the Folk Village where you can experience life long ago. (Optional Tour)

Take time to admire the beautiful work of art that is the Stone Map of Ireland opposite the village.

Now it is on along the valley to the Glengesh Pass and the Heritage Town of Ardara that is famous for hand knitting and Tweed. As well as the very popular ‘Nancy’s of Ardara’ Bar. Leaving Ardara we make our way back to Donegal Town.
